Can I cancel my birthday party booking and get a refund?Unfortunately, once booked, parties cannot be canceled, and booking amounts are non-refundable. However, we'll do our best to reschedule if possible.

Are outside food and beverages allowed?No, outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Can I bring my own photographer/videographer?Professional photography/videography is not permitted unless booked through us.

Are there any restrictions on party decorations?Yes, the use of foam spray, party poppers, confetti balls, etc., is strictly prohibited.

How are parties accommodated if there are multiple bookings?We can organize up to 2 Mini Bash Birthday parties simultaneously, dividing the party area as needed. Walk-ins during these times are limited.

Is there an age limit for children attending the party?Yes, children aged 10 months up to 18 years are chargeable for play.

What rules do guests need to follow during the party?Guests must adhere to Baccha Party rules and regulations as defined by our Rules of Play.

Do I need to sign any waivers for the party?Yes, waiver forms for parties will be signed by the party host on behalf of all the kids attending.
